Role Overview

The Content Marketing Manager will lead the creation and execution of high-impact, sales-driven marketing content focused on driving event ticket sales across all channels. This role is critical in shaping the Supra Human brand through compelling storytelling, persuasive sales copy, and seamless customer journeys that convert prospects into attendees. The ideal candidate is a results-driven strategist with a strong background in conversion-focused copywriting, event marketing, creative branding, and project management. The Content Marketing Manager will collaborate with client experience, events, and marketing teams to create a frictionless path from awareness to ticket purchase.

Objectives

Content Strategy & Execution

  • Oversee the end-to-end creation of all customer marketing content & copy, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business objectives.
  • Develop and manage content for event landing pages, customer-facing landing pages, marketing collateral, social media graphics, templates, slide decks, and promotional materials.
  • Write persuasive, conversion-focused copy that resonates with our audience and drives engagement and sales.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Work closely with the web development, customer experience, events, and operations teams to ensure seamless content execution.
  • Align messaging across all platforms to maintain brand consistency and enhance the customer journey.
  • Manage content requests from multiple teams and prioritize projects effectively.

Sales-Driven & Customer-Focused Content

  • Craft compelling narratives that guide prospects through the event sales and ascension funnels—from awareness to conversion.
  • Develop high-converting landing pages, email sequences, and promotional campaigns that drive measurable results and customer engagement..
  • Optimize content for conversions, engagement, community growth and brand authority.

Project & Brand Management

  • Maintain a library of content templates and assets for efficient internal and external marketing execution.
  • Ensure all marketing materials uphold Supra Human’s luxury, high-performance brand image.
  • Continuously refine messaging based on performance data and customer feedback.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or brand storytelling (experience in fitness, coaching, or high-performance industries is a plus).
  • Proven ability to write high-converting sales copy for landing pages, email campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys and content’s role in moving prospects through the funnel.
  • Experience collaborating with multiple teams (web, events, operations, and customer experience) to align content with business goals.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple content requests, prioritize deadlines, and execute efficiently.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as landing page builders (ClickFunnels and WordPress), email marketing platform HubSpot and design tools (Canva, Figma).
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to uphold high standards for brand consistency and messaging.

Job Type: Full-Time (Remote)

With the privilege of being fully remote comes the responsibility of timely and effective communication, hitting project deadlines, and taking complete ownership of your work. If you do not believe you can, or are willing, to commit to this type of work environment, do not apply. This role will also have the occasional need for after-hours support during product launches, updates, and event ticket sales launches.
