The CRM Solutions Specialist plays a critical role in optimizing, automating, and managing our CRM systems to ensure seamless operations across all business functions. This role is essential in driving efficiency, engagement, and retention through automation, data management, and email marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills, technical expertise in CRM and automation, and a structured approach to workflow optimization. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring our internal systems support Supra Human’s mission to deliver an elite experience to high-performance clients.

Objectives

CRM & Automation

  • Configure, optimize, and automate CRM systems to enhance business efficiency.
  • Ensure seamless data flow and system integrations across all internal platforms.
  • Identify automation opportunities to improve operational effectiveness and reduce manual tasks.

Email Marketing & Lifecycle Automation

  • Execute and optimize email marketing automation to drive high engagement and deliverability.
  • Develop and manage email templates, sequences, and campaign workflows.
  • Monitor and analyze email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) to optimize engagement.
  • Maintain list segmentation and ensure data accuracy within the CRM.
  • Troubleshoot automation issues to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Operational Efficiency & Problem-Solving

  • Troubleshoot CRM-related issues and provide technical support.
  • Document process workflows, configurations, and best practices.
  • Identify and execute improvements to system processes and workflows.

Data & Reporting

  • Support data organization, reporting, and visualization for strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accurate segmentation across platforms.

Collaboration & Innovation

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and coaching teams to implement seamless technology solutions.
  • Stay ahead of CRM best practices, automation strategies, and emerging trends to enhance business performance.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience with CRM platforms, automation tools, and email marketing systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex workflows.
  • Detail-oriented with a structured and organized approach to work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for learning, adapting, and growing in a high-performance environment.
  • Experience with HubSpot (or equivalent CRM), Zapier, and email automation tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-Time (Remote)

With the privilege of being fully remote comes the responsibility of timely communication, meeting deadlines, and taking full ownership of your work. This role may require occasional after-hours support during major product launches, system updates, or key campaign rollouts.
