The Director of Content Marketing will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive content strategy that amplifies the Supra Human brand and drives business growth. This role is pivotal in crafting compelling narratives, overseeing content calendars, and managing the coordination of internal teams and external agencies. Objectives
Content Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with Supra Human’s brand vision and business objectives.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content across various platforms, including blogs, social media, email campaigns, videos, and webinars.
- Write and edit persuasive, brand-aligned content that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.
Calendar & Project Management
- Build and manage detailed content calendars to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content initiatives.
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of content production, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Implement project management best practices to streamline workflows and enhance team efficiency.
Team & Agency Leadership
- Manage relationships with external agencies and freelancers, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and align with brand guidelines.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategic alignment.
Brand Management
- Uphold and evolve Supra Human’s brand voice and identity across all content initiatives.
- Ensure all content reflects the brand’s luxury, high-performance image and maintains consistency across channels.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, using insights to inform future strategies and optimize engagement.
Brand Partner Content Management
- Coordinate and manage co-branded content initiatives with brand partners.
- Develop content that aligns with Supra Human’s brand values and objectives.
- Maintain effective communication and workflows with partners to ensure timely execution and high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate on campaigns and promotional strategies that leverage our audiences.
- Ensure brand partners adhere to our branding and design language.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or brand storytelling (experience in fitness, coaching, or high-performance industries is a plus).
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand storytelling.
- Proven experience in developing and managing content calendars, ensuring timely and strategic content delivery.
- Strong understanding of customer journeys and content’s role in moving prospects through the funnel.
- Experience collaborating with multiple teams (web, events, operations, and customer experience) to align content with business goals.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple content requests, prioritize deadlines, and execute efficiently.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as landing page builders (ClickFunnels and WordPress), email marketing platform HubSpot and design tools (Canva, Figma).
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to uphold high standards for brand consistency and messaging.
- Experience in the SaaS, health/wellness, or performance optimization industries is a plus.
