Role Overview

The Events Manager will lead the planning and execution of high-end, exclusive events that elevate the Supra Human brand and provide world-class experiences for our clientele. This role is critical in creating unforgettable masterminds, VIP gatherings, and in-person coaching events that reflect Supra Human’s luxury positioning. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes full ownership of event execution and vendor relationships, and ensures every detail is meticulously crafted to deliver a flawless, high-touch experience.

Objectives

Event Execution & Logistics

  • Plan and execute all aspects of Supra Human events, including private masterminds, VIP experiences, and in-person coaching sessions.
  • Manage the relationship with exterior planners to oversee venue selection, contract negotiations, vendor coordination, and travel arrangements to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Serve as the primary Supra Human point of contact for hotels, catering, AV teams, transportation, and key partners.
  • Ensure all event materials, setup, and branding align with Supra Human’s luxury aesthetic and high-touch experience.
  • Manage on-site execution, troubleshooting any issues to guarantee a flawless client experience.

Vendor & Budget Management

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with high-end venues, vendors, and service providers.
  • Negotiate contracts to align vendor partnerships with Supra Human’s brand standards and quality expectations.
  • Track event expenses and reconcile budgets post-event for financial accountability.

Community Building & Client Experience

  • Foster an elite, tight-knit community by curating meaningful networking opportunities.
  • Anticipate client needs, delivering a white-glove experience with seamless service.
  • Collect and analyze client feedback to refine event strategies and enhance future experiences.

Cross-Team Collaboration & Brand Representation

  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and leadership to align events with company objectives and brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, branded content, and event collateral.
  • Represent Supra Human at all events, embodying our core values and ensuring an elite client experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in high-end event planning, preferably for luxury brands or high-net-worth clientele.
  • Proven track record of executing elite-level events with precision and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with vendors and clients.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment while maintaining composure and excellence.
  • Experience with event technology platforms and tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for events (at least once per quarter).

Job Type: Full-Time (Remote) / Prefer Arizona Residence / Travel Required Quarterly
