IT Ops Manager

Scorecard

Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and solutions-driven IT Operations Manager to oversee and scale our internal tech infrastructure. This role will lead the charge on systems administration, security protocols, access management, and software tooling to ensure our growing remote-first team is always online, secure, and running smoothly.

The right candidate is equal parts technical expert, process optimizer, and calm-in-the-storm operator. If you’re passionate about streamlining workflows, enhancing system reliability, and getting ahead of issues before they become problems — we want to talk.

A-Player Defined

An A-Player in this role is someone who understands the fundamentals of high performance and treats their position with the same dedication and mindset as a pro athlete. They show up consistently with energy, enthusiasm, and a deep commitment to excellence—always focused on driving results, solving problems, and making an impact.

They are proactive in finding solutions to challenges, always seeking ways to grow, learn, and level up. They know that influencing others starts with self-leadership—by consistently showing up as the best version of themselves, they inspire those around them to do the same.

At Supra Human, top performers embody our values through their actions. They take extreme ownership of their work, treat every project like it’s their most important one, and always play to win.
