Role Overview

The Vice President of Marketing will serve as the strategic leader responsible for driving marketing initiatives that directly contribute to Supra Human’s revenue growth. This role will oversee and optimize demand generation, event marketing, and digital strategies, ensuring alignment with the company’s aggressive growth objectives. As a member of the senior leadership team, the VP of Marketing will work closely with sales and marketing teams to create a seamless customer journey to acquisition.

Objectives

Revenue-Centric Leadership

  • Lead the development of a marketing strategy with the company’s founder that aligns with Supra Human’s GTM and growth objectives.
  • Partner on the founder’s revenue strategy and implement marketing initiatives to amplify the company’s go-to-market motion.
  • Set and achieve ambitious revenue and marketing KPIs, focusing on lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and conversion optimization.

Demand Generation

  • Oversee demand generation campaigns to attract and convert high-caliber leads.
  • Manage and optimize existing paid media efforts through platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn to maximize ROI and revenue impact.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and revenue leaders to implement AI-driven tools that enhance conversion metrics and customer acquisition.

Event Marketing

  • Develop and lead an event marketing strategy that drives lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Partner with the in-house customer marketing and events team to deliver client-centric events, including VIP gatherings and exclusive experiences, that contribute to pipeline growth and client retention.
  • Integrate event marketing initiatives into the broader revenue strategy to ensure measurable business outcomes.

Brand & Digital Strategy

  • Oversee Supra Human’s digital presence, ensuring the website is optimized for lead generation, conversion, and user engagement.
  • Maintain and enhance the premium positioning of Supra Human’s brand across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency in tone, design, and messaging. You will partner with the CEO for strategic direction on maintaining long term brand reputation in the marketplace. 

Content Marketing & Thought Leadership

  • Expand organic content strategies with direction from CRO & CEO, including the Supra Human Show, to engage target audiences and drive client acquisition.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including the CRO & CEO to align content efforts with demand generation and revenue objectives.

Data-Driven Optimization

  • Use advanced analytics to evaluate marketing campaign performance and guide strategic decisions.
  • Monitor competitive trends and leverage data insights to identify new revenue opportunities and refine marketing strategies.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Oversee and expand the marketing team, ensuring alignment with revenue-focused objectives.
  • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within the team.

Requirements

  • Proven Expertise:
    • 10+ years of senior marketing leadership with a strong focus on revenue generation.
  • Demand Generation Mastery:
    • Experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns and demand generation strategies.
  • Revenue Marketing Acumen:
    • Proven ability to design and implement marketing initiatives that directly impact revenue growth.
  • Event Marketing Expertise:
    • Track record of integrating event marketing into broader demand generation strategies.
  • Digital & SaaS Marketing Proficiency:
    • In-depth knowledge of managing digital ecosystems, web strategy, and marketing in premium or SaaS industries.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
    • Strong proficiency in analytics and performance measurement to drive marketing ROI.
  • Leadership Skills:
    • Ability to inspire, develop, and manage high-performing marketing teams.
  • Client-Centric Mindset:
    • Experience engaging high-value customers and delivering marketing strategies tailored to their needs.

Job Type: Full-Time (Remote) / Prefer Arizona Residence / Travel Required Quarterly
