Jose Espinoza

After serving in the Army and spending 14 years as a deputy sheriff, Jose built his second career helping people perform, look, and feel better. He opened his training facility in 2009  and operated it for 10 years.  After selling his training facility in 2019, Jose later went on to work for NCI as a Level 1 nutrition certification instructor. For over 20 years, he has coached individuals across performance training, nutrition, and health, both in person and online. He earned certifications in personal training, Olympic lifting, CrossFit Level 2, Precision Nutrition, and Nutrition Coaching Institute L1 & L2, among others.
