This Mother’s Day, I’m not just celebrating the flowers, the cards, or the sweet hand-drawn pictures from my daughter—I’m celebrating the power of being a Supra Mom.

Because for me, being a Supra Human isn’t just about physical strength, business success, or personal transformation. It’s about choosing to show up fully, boldly, and unapologetically in every area of life—especially motherhood.

As women, we’ve been conditioned to believe we have to pick:
Career or family.
Ambition or motherhood.
Power or softness.

But what if I told you that you can be all of it? That the power of being a Supra Mom lies in embracing the “and”?

I’m a CEO. I’m a wife. I’m a daughter. I’m a best friend. I’m a woman building an empire alongside my husband. And I’m a mother to a daughter who watches me chase down my dreams while making her pancakes, brushing her hair, and tucking her in at night.

That’s my superpower.

And if you’re a mom—you have it too.

Here’s the truth: being a Supra Mom doesn’t mean doing it all perfectly. It means doing it all with purpose.

There are days when I crush meetings and feel like a boss.
There are days when I feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, and question if I’m doing enough.
There are days when I feel wildly connected to my daughter—and days when I feel like I’ve missed the moment.

But I’ve learned that grace is just as important as grit.
You can have big dreams and be a present, loving mom.
You can push yourself and rest.
You can build your body, business, family, and soul—one aligned step at a time.

So this Mother’s Day, I want to say this to every mom reading this:

If you’ve ever doubted whether you’re capable of having it all, I’m here to tell you—you are.

You don’t have to shrink. You don’t have to choose. You simply have to own your power and give yourself permission to do it your way.

The world needs more women who are bold enough to say: “Yes, I want the business, the body, the love, the family. And I will do it with strength, intention, and grace.”

To all the Supra Moms out there—this is your day.
And the world is watching you rise.
