Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time, mission-driven Brand Ambassador to serve as the on-camera face and cultural heartbeat of Supra Human—both publicly and within our private client ecosystem. You’ll create and share content that reflects the Supra Human lifestyle, connects authentically with our audience, and deepens engagement across every touchpoint.

This role is equal parts presence, performance, and trust-building.

Objectives

  • Serve as a public-facing and internal community representative of the Supra Human brand across social media, digital campaigns, and private client spaces
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute a video-first content strategy that supports brand initiatives and client engagement
  • Produce and star in short-form and long-form content across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and private platforms
  • Create compelling behind-the-scenes content that showcases the Supra Human lifestyle—from performance habits to coaching principles
  • Engage directly with clients inside our private community through video content, live calls, and community-driven storytelling
  • Lead or co-host select activations including campaign launches, client interviews, and brand events
  • Partner cross-functionally with our coaching, concierge, and creative teams to amplify transformation stories and community milestones

Requirements

In-Person Travel

    • Attend select Supra Human events, client retreats, and content shoots
    • Represent the brand at curated industry gatherings or private activations
    • Travel is occasional but expected; polish, presence, and poise in live settings is essential

    • A dynamic, confident, and compelling on-camera communicator
    • Deeply immersed in high performance, mindset, and personal mastery
    • Skilled at creating and engaging content on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
    • Naturally charismatic, trustworthy, and aligned with the values of elite performance
    • A relationship-builder at heart—you know how to turn audience members into loyal advocates
    • Highly coachable, responsive to creative direction, and thrive in a high-accountability

Bonus If You

    • Have experience as a coach, entrepreneur, athlete, or performance professional
    • Have an existing aligned audience or strong personal brand
    • Have worked with luxury, wellness, or high-performance brands

Job Type: Full-Time (Arizona-based or willing to relocate)

  • While this role is remote in day-to-day structure, the candidate must be based in Arizona or willing to relocate

  • Occasional in-person content shoots, team sessions, and events will be based in Arizona, and a local presence is essential for alignment and availability
