Vision For The Role:
The Marketing Manager will have experience and a passion for marketing across the customer journey. A successful Marketing Manager would be considered a T-Shaped marketer and should have strategic planning skills and a process-oriented mindset. This individual will have several years of experience developing, implementing and executing marketing plans and projects associated with customer success, branding, social media, content, and community management. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to create clarity on project scope and drive accountability on established deliverables.

Objectives:
- Measure and report performance of all marketing initiatives (content, social media, customer engagement, etc.) and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Document and optimize processes to help the marketing team and the company scale
- Setup reporting for reliable and real time data for the internal marketing team and leadership team
- Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed
- Manage online course and video hosting software (Wistia)
- Assist with planning and execution of all web, database marketing, email, social media, and content projects
- Identify critical conversion points and drop off points to optimize the customer journey
- Find gaps in marketing processes and develop creative or simple solutions to complex problems
- Manage projects from start to completion with consistent daily communication
- Manage and implement content marketing to include blogs, newsletters, podcast shows and social media posts
- Develop and manage brand strategy for Supra Human and the CEO’s personal brand
- Create and implement a social media strategy that builds brand awareness and generates leads for the Supra Human brand
- Oversee community management of client social media groups, the Supra Human app, and Slack
- Compile email marketing for active customers to drive engagement and increased customer retention
- Write strong and compelling copy across client emails, landing pages, websites etc.
- Assist with graphic design work for social media, podcasts, customer campaigns, and lead generation campaigns
Requirements
- Experienced “T-shaped marketer” with a proven track record of creating quantifiable results
- Knowledge of the customer journey from new lead to brand advocate and the role that our marketing strategy plays in developing that relationship
- Ability to learn new technology fast and apply key benefits to our current tech stack: HubSpot, TypeForm, Calendly, Wistia, Zapier, ClickFunnels, WordPress, Shopify, and G-Suite
- Understand where our projects and OKRs are at at all times by expert tracking through Monday
- Proven work experience in marketing and strong technical skill set
- Proficiency in project management, content marketing and social media
- Working knowledge of ClickFunnels, WordPress and other website building tools
- Strong understanding of HubSpot CRM and how to leverage for reporting
- Demonstrates remarkable knowledge in data reporting and KPI tracking
- Understanding of best practice for optimizing customer experience
- Experience with A/B and multivariate testing
- Understanding of how to operate within Zapier, Hubspot, EventBrite, ClickFunnels, WordPress and/or Shopify
- Can operate within and pull reports from Google Analytics and other reporting platforms
- Highly analytical and is able to pay attention to the small details, provide feedback and review content
- Understanding and experience with design software such as Adobe and Canva
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field preferred
- At least 5 years’ experience in a Marketing role
