Role Overview

Vision For The Role:

Your job is to CLOSE individuals into the Supra Human Program continuously and consistently. Superstar closers must be extremely prompt in getting incoming qualified leads to confirm booked appointments and to show up to their scheduled appointments through manual text communication follow-up. When the qualified lead shows up to the appointment, it is your job to get them to make a decision and enroll them into Supra Human. Once the sale is made, your job is not done. A superstar closer will consistently reach out and build rapport and relationship with the new client for future opportunities to ascend clients into our higher level programs. Closers for Supra Human believe in every cell of their body that Joining Supra Human is the best decision the prospect can make.

An A-Player in this role is someone who understands the fundamentals of high-performance and treats their role as a sales professional like a pro athlete would. They show up day in and day out with great energy, enthusiasm and excitement to help change lives by helping potential clients make decisions, that are in their best interest, to move forward with our offer(s). Becoming the best at what they do is always top of mind, striving to be the highest producer on the team. They are proactive in finding solutions to any challenges they face, and constantly learn / improve / invest in their growth and development. They understand that to influence others they must first learn to influence themselves to ALWAYS REPRESENT THEIR BEST SELVES so they can empower others to do the same. In other words, to be a closer at supra human, you must look, act, and be everything that Supra Human represents. Closers show up to every qualified lead like it’s the most important lead there is. People Skills:
You’re going to be talking with people all day. Being a natural rapport builder is going to hedge your bets of success. You have to ooze confidence in yourself and the program.

Integrity:
Be someone who follows through with what you say. Be honest with prospects. And only enroll clients who’re a great fit.

Leadership:
You must always lead prospects to the best decision for them EVEN IF that decision is outside of their comfort zone. Take a stand for what’s BEST for people.

Hunger // Work Ethic:
This is a job that requires full time attention, and it pays VERY well. To earn the income that’s possible for you here… you must be willing to put in hours honing in your craft and becoming WORLD CLASS. You must be hungry.

Proactive:
Wherever you are in relation to your projections, you must know why. If you’re ahead, you must know what you’re doing well and what needs to be reinforced. If you’re behind, you must have the awareness to know WHY you’re behind. Proactive behavior will create awareness. And your awareness will allow you to adjust your behavior to get the results. The marketing engine here at Supra Human is robust. Most weeks you will have abundant opportunities with qualified prospects. If for any reason those opportunities aren’t as abundant, you will be required to HUNT for them on your own.

You will be tasked with staying up to date with your numbers and CRM activities. This is secondary to HITTING your numbers, but still important.

High Standards:
You’re tasked with helping prospects live up to their highest standards. Therefore, YOU must live up to our own high standards. You will look like a Supra Human Hall of Famer at all time, and you will be required to be actively enrolled in the Supra Human Program.

Poise:
You’ll be having crucial conversations on a daily basis which – a lot of times – can be life changing conversations for the prospect. You must be calm under pressure and hold firm to help the prospect make the best decision for them.

 

Responsibility Overview

Appointments: To Confirm at least 70 appointments per month that show up to the call (minimum)

60 Showed appointments is based on a 60% show up rate (100 confirmed appointments turn into 70 Showed appointments)

You will confirm appointments by:
Manually texting and starting the rapport building with qualified leads who hit your pipeline

Revenue: To ensure that your enrollment meetings result in a minimum of 28 Sales per month. All clients you set must be a fit for the program

At a 40% close rate on your appointments, 40% of 70 = 28 new sales. At an average of $7000 per ticket = this would average $196,000 of generated revenue for the company per month.

Daily Execution & Reporting:

Twice weekly full sales team meetings (Monday/Thursday):

  • Attend Team Meetings Via Zoom, 9am MST Monday & Thursday
  • Have personal, professional and client wins you want to share
  • Know your numbers (current & projections) at the start of each meeting
  • Be proactive in asking for support with anything standing between you and hitting your numbers

End Of Day:

  • Send in your “EOD Report”
  • Update your personal projections & numbers sheet
  • Update the team tracking sheet
  • Update deal pipeline in CRM
    • Make sure all sets are logged properly
    • Make sure all sets have deals associated with them and that you are assigned as the SDR on the deal
    • All of today’s sets have notes
    • Follow-up tasks are created for all of today’s conversations that didn’t turn into a set (that could potentially be a fit)
    • Make sure any sets you make are properly handed off to the Enrollment Advisor (detailing deal notes, intro-ing to the right people, etc…)
    • Confirm tomorrow’s appointments
    • Prepare for tomorrow’s meetings

 

Role Details:

Time:

  • This position is full time – at least 40 hours per week
  • This position is remote. So you will have the freedom to work from anywhere.
  • You may request off anytime with a 2-Week Advanced Notice.
  • Although this is commission based and you have freedom to set your own schedule, if you are not on the calendar enough, and fail to hit KPI’s, you will not be a part of this team.
  • You’ll need enough space in your calendar to:
    • Attend all Team Meetings
    • Complete EOD Report M-F
    • Be available to communicate through slack during all working business hours M-F
    • Altogether this a full time 40-50 hours / wk position

Compensation:

  • Commissions are paid bi weekly
  • Base = 0
  • Commission Structure = Waterfall structure (Can Change at any time) averages out to be around 10-15% on generated revenue
  • Full time Closer can expect to make 150k+/year easily.
