Role Overview

In this role, you will serve as the Video Editor for all things Supra Human, turning raw footage into luxury content that pushes our brand forward in the fitness industry. This is not your typical job and we’re not looking for your typical candidate. If you love shaping everyday shoots into captivating edits that move people to action, then this role is for you.

You will guide the creation of Supra Human content through post‑production, editing, color, sound, and delivery, showing consumers the many ways we live our mission and purpose every single day.

Objectives

  • Responsible for producing engaging edits that will be used for brand and growth marketing at Supra Human.
  • Produce final cuts with minimal revisions while adhering to established deadlines.
  • Edit weekly podcast episodes for The Show with John Madsen and The Supra Human Show.
  • Prepare highlight reels, trailers, and social‑first clips (Reels / Shorts / TikToks).
  • Organize and manage external hard drives, project folders, and asset libraries.
  • Apply color correction, sound design, and basic motion graphics to create luxury‑grade videos.
  • Export, compress, and upload large files/footage drops in G Suite in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with videographers to ensure footage aligns with post‑production needs.
  • Assist with live‑switch or quick‑turn edits during in‑person events, including our annual live event.
  • Follow detailed shot lists and deliver fast turnarounds when required.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in professional video editing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (DaVinci Resolve a plus).
  • Demonstrated skill in color grading, audio mixing, and sound design.
  • Experience managing media, proxies, and archive systems.
  • Familiarity with multi‑camera podcast editing and live‑switch workflows.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and maintain an organized post‑production pipeline
  • High School Diploma preferred.

Job Type: Full-Time / Arizona Residence

With the flexibility of a hybrid role—filming in person at our office and local gyms, and editing remotely, and traveling for events—comes the responsibility of being highly organized, communicating clearly, hitting deadlines, and taking full ownership of your work. If you do not believe you can, or are willing, to commit to this level of responsibility and consistency, do not apply. This role will also occasionally require after-hours support for shoots, edits, or last-minute production needs.
