At some point, many women stop recognizing themselves.
Women have a tendency to take on as much as they possibly can, letting their own well-being become the last priority. They know what they should be doing for themselves, but everything else is more important.
They’re busy building careers, raising families, supporting their partners, and somewhere along the way, they decided to stop showing up for themselves. And over time, that takes a toll.
“My change started when I got tired of running from the woman I always knew I could be. I’d never fully claimed the body I wanted—and even when I told myself that was okay, it never really was.
When my second business began to fail, I turned to reading (my comfort) and found epic heroines and warrior women. I wanted that strength for myself. So I started chasing it—physically and creatively—and became an author along the way.
My husband joined Supra Human in Feb 2025. I was making progress on my own, but not the results I truly wanted, so I joined in July. I finished fat loss in October and moved into maintenance. My coach, Lewis James, played a huge role in that.
Now I’m building muscle, feeling stronger than ever, and planning my next photoshoot—purely fitness-focused.”

Sure, women feel it physically, and we see it in the mirror. But they also get burnt out emotionally, mentally, and all of that takes a toll on all the areas of life that they are focused on.
“My journey leading up to Supra Human was very similar to many other women…..like the ads were literally speaking to me! I am a successful business woman, a wife, a mom, and was giving myself to everyone and everything, but had stopped prioritizing myself. I had become the exact version of myself that I never wanted to be. I decided it was time to tell a different story to myself.
Supra Human gave me the environment and platform to make that a reality. It is so much more than just fitness. The mental work has helped me to show up to my life and become the star of the show I was meant to be!! The positivity and confidence has transcended to all facets of my life, it’s been such a fun journey so far.”

The truth is, transformation is rarely just about losing weight. It’s about becoming the woman you know you’re capable of being again.
These stories are proof of that.
Becoming the Woman She Always Knew She Could Be
For Aimee Mars, transformation started long before Supra Human.
She describes it as finally getting tired of running from the woman she always knew she could be. After facing difficult seasons in life and watching one chapter close, she found herself searching for strength.
Her husband joined Supra Human first, and watching his progress inspired something in her.
She had already been trying to make changes on her own, but she wanted more than temporary progress. She wanted lasting change. So, she started her own journey with Supra Human.
What started as a fat loss phase eventually became something much bigger. Today, Aimee is building muscle, feeling stronger than ever, and stepping into a completely different version of herself.
When you ask her what changed the most for her through this program, she won’t tell you it was her body. She’ll say it’s the way she shows up in her life.
She’s a better wife, mother, and role model. She and her husband started growing together instead of separately. They had shared goals and cheered each other on every step of the way. The habits they built started to influence the way they communicate, support each other, and show up for their children.
Transformation became something they experienced together. That ripple effect is exactly why both of them are still committed to the journey today.
When your life starts changing in ways bigger than the scale, you stop chasing short-term results and start building something sustainable. You stop standing behind your kids in pictures and show up front and center with confidence.
That’s what happened for Aimee, and it can happen for you, too.

Becoming the Role Model She Wanted to Be
For Asha Ziembiec, the turning point came when she realized she had stopped prioritizing herself. Like so many high-performing women, she was showing up for everyone else while quietly losing herself in the process.
She’s a successful businesswoman, wife, and mom, but she wasn’t living up to the version of herself she knew she was capable of. Despite the outward success, she knew she needed to make a change. More importantly, she didn’t feel like she was setting the example she wanted for her daughter.
At one point, she wasn’t even strong enough to pick her daughter up. That moment had nothing to do with how she looked and everything to do with her health. She needed the strength to carry the load of everything in her life, and that was a huge wake-up call.
When Asha joined Supra Human, everything began to shift. It doesn’t happen overnight because this program isn’t about quick fixes or slapping a band-aid on the problem. She found consistency and structure and learned how to prioritize herself again.
Today, she’s stronger, healthier, and happier than she ever thought was possible. The confidence she’s built has spilled into every area of her life. She shows up differently in her household, in her career, and as she puts it, she finally feels like she can walk the walk and talk the talk.
She walks into every room with a new confidence because she feels aligned with the example she always wanted to set for her daughter. You can feel the difference when you’re around her. She’s had the kind of transformation that radiates.

The Bigger Transformation
For many women, a physical change is only a small part of the real transformation. When women decide that they matter and deserve to prioritize themselves, they’re truly unstoppable.
Life will never give you a perfect time to change your life. You have to make a decision that you’re done playing small, that you no longer want to put yourself last, and that you’re ready to become the person you’ve always wanted to be.
Aimee and Asha are great examples of what’s possible when you make the decision. They’re both thriving in their careers, have stronger relationships at home, and feel more themselves than they have in a long time.
At Supra Human, we believe the strongest transformations happen when women stop settling for survival mode and start building a life that reflects who they truly want to become. If you’re ready to start your journey, apply now.
