There are events that leave you with some ideas, a few new contacts, and a burst of motivation that slowly fades once normal life resumes. SHX was never meant to be one of them.

Last year in Nashville, members arrived from across the country at completely different points in their Supra Human journeys. Some had already undergone extraordinary physical transformations. Others were only a few months in. Some knew exactly what they were capable of, while others were still trying to believe that the person they wanted to become was possible.

What happened when they came together was difficult to capture from the outside.
Coaches who had spent months guiding transformations through calls, check-ins, and data were suddenly standing beside their clients. Members who knew one another through the community finally connected face-to-face. Progress photos became real conversations about marriages, businesses, children, confidence, setbacks and everything that had changed alongside the weight lost or strength gained.

For many, the weekend became much more than a celebration of how far they had already come. It changed the way they thought about what could come next.

One member left Nashville with a thought she couldn’t shake.

“It doesn’t matter how far I’ve come from before and the work I’ve done before… TODAY is my before photo. I need to keep my eyes on what I’m manifesting for my tomorrow.”

Another described the experience more simply.

“I did not come home the same woman who walked on that plane Thursday morning.”

A couple arrived with only one of them enrolled in Supra Human and left with both committed to the program.

“We arrived as one Supra Human + guest… but we’re leaving as two Supra Humans, with new vision, new goals, and a deeper conviction about what’s possible in our bodies, our lives, and our business by saying ‘yes’ to this.”

That response was repeated in different ways throughout the community after Nashville. Members talked about renewed conviction, new friendships, goals that suddenly felt closer and a deeper understanding of why this community had become such an important part of their lives. One member called it “the best thing I’ve done with my life,” before adding, “See you on that stage next year.”

That is what SHX has grown into. It’s not simply a conference, and it’s definitely not a weekend built around temporary motivation. SHX is one of the rare opportunities for the entire Supra Human experience to become physical. The coaching, the community, the standard, and the people behind thousands of transformations all occupying the same space.

This October, we are bringing that experience to Orlando, but we’re not simply trying to recreate Nashville. SHX26 is being designed as the next evolution of it.

What Nashville Showed Us

The Supra Human community exists every day through coaching calls, check-ins, workouts, community conversations and the thousands of decisions members make when nobody is watching. Nashville showed us what happens when those relationships leave the screen.

There was an immediate familiarity in the room because the people there understood one another’s lives. They understood what it meant to lead companies, raise families, manage demanding careers and carry enormous responsibility while deciding that their own health could no longer sit at the bottom of the list.

One member came into Supra Human focused primarily on his physical health, lowering his blood pressure, losing weight, and getting back into shape. What surprised him was how far the effects traveled beyond his body.

“What actually changed was how I lead, how I show up at home, and how I handle the pressure of running multiple businesses,” he wrote after SHX25. “The physical discipline turned into mental, emotional, and spiritual transformation.”

Another member described the weekend as perspective shifting, but what stayed with him most was not something that happened on stage. It was finally meeting the people he had been watching transform alongside him.

“Getting to meet so many amazing members in person, to finally connect faces to names, share laughs, and hear real stories of struggle and growth, reminded me what this community is really about. It’s about connection. It’s about growth. It’s about becoming better… together.”

Those experiences continued after Nashville ended. Members returned home and recommitted to their goals. Some renewed their Supra Human journeys for multiple years. Others brought spouses or family members into the program. One member left saying the weekend confirmed that she was “in the right place and surrounded by the right people,” then signed up for two more years and brought her daughter into Supra Human for her first.

That is the energy being carried into Orlando.

“For months, I’ve been talking about SHX,” Founder John Madsen said. “Nashville was great, but Orlando is going to be next level. The space is better. It’s going to be better across the board.”

This time, the evolution starts before anyone sits down in front of the stage.

Taking SHX Onto the Training Floor

Fitness is the thread running through nearly every story in the Supra Human community. It may not be the only thing that changes through the program, but it’s where the process begins. Training is where people learn what real execution feels like, where confidence gets built, and where keeping promises to yourself becomes something you practice rather than something you talk about.

For SHX26, we wanted that part of the experience represented in a way it has never been before.

For the first half of Day 1, Supra Human is taking over a 20,000-square-foot gym. Members with Performance, Platinum, and Inner Circle access will have the opportunity to train alongside Supra Human coaches and other members in a live environment built around execution, education, and performance.

John described it as an opportunity for members to finally experience in person what their coaches have been asking of them all year.

“You’re going to work out with your coaches. They’re going to make you feel what intensity feels like. You’re going to learn, you’re going to push and you’re going to connect with other members.”

For Elite Coach Ryan Stevens, that immediate feedback is one of the biggest opportunities of the weekend.

“This is going to be another incredible event, bringing together a group of like-minded individuals, all in one room with the shared goal of becoming better,” Ryan said. “You’ll spend the day in a gym environment alongside our team of elite coaches, mastering the art of training in real time and leaving with clear, actionable steps to ensure no opportunity for progress is missed.”

Elite Coach, Dr. Taylor Waters, sees the gym takeover as a natural extension of what connects the community in the first place.

“We are focusing on what brings us all together, and that is fitness,” he said. “Being able to train with our team of elite coaches is a great way to improve your own training execution and pick up some key pointers that you can take home and apply to your own workouts.”

There is something about training together that changes relationships quickly. We have seen it during Supra Human Elite Fly-Ins, where the gym often becomes one of the moments members talk about most afterward. People stop being names inside an app. Coaches and clients experience the work together. Members who may have never spoken before suddenly have a shared experience before the main event has even begun.

That is why the gym takeover is such an important part of SHX26. Before we talk about performance, leadership or becoming more capable, we’re going to put the community in the environment where much of that capability is built.

One Weekend, Experienced at Different Depths

Every person who walks into SHX26 will be part of the same event. General Admission puts members in the room for the main-stage experience, including the Supra Human awards and conversations with Tim Tebow, leadership expert Jon Gordon and a surprise female speaker who will not be revealed until the event.

From there, members can decide how much of the larger SHX experience they want to step into.

For some, that means starting the weekend on the gym floor through the Performance Xperience and having the opportunity to train directly with the Supra Human coaching team. For others, it means extending that experience beyond the formal programming through Platinum, which is limited to 150 members and includes the gym takeover, premium seating, priority access, a Day 2 private gym pass and an all-inclusive rooftop celebration in downtown Orlando.

The exclusive rooftop party experience is where some of the most meaningful conversations at SHX happen once the formal schedule ends. It’s where a conversation with another member has time to become something deeper, where coaches and clients can connect outside a check-in, and where people who may live on opposite sides of the country realize they have been navigating many of the same challenges.

Then there are the 50 Inner Circle members who will step into something entirely new for Supra Human.
They will become the first members to experience the Supra Human Score™.

A New Way to Measure What You Have Built

For decades, physical transformation has been documented largely through appearance. Pounds lost, inches changed, body fat reduced, and before-and-after photos placed side by side to showcase all of it.

Those results matter tremendously, but they don’t tell the entire story of what happens when someone spends months or years developing their body.

Transformation also changes what you can do.

You become stronger. Your endurance changes. You move differently. You recover differently. You become more capable under pressure. The person in the after photo should not simply look different from the person in the before photo. Ideally, they should be able to do things that person could not.

That idea is behind the Supra Human Score™, a proprietary performance assessment developed to create a more objective measurement of physical capability and give members another way to understand their progress.

SHX26 will be the first time it’s introduced publicly.

Dr. Taylor Waters believes that distinction is important because the Score is not being created purely for SHX.

“This new feature is not only going to be part of SHX26, but part of the Supra Human ecosystem on the whole,” he said, “and is taking our approach to elite fitness to a whole new level.”

Ryan describes it as “an objective performance metric designed to measure your progress, provide meaningful insight into your development, and set a new standard for how elite performance is tracked and improved.”

Inner Circle members will be the first 50 people to go through the experience. Guided by Supra Human coaches, they will complete a series of physical challenges that contribute to an individual Supra Human Score. At the end of the competition, one female and one male Supra Human Champion will be named, with each receiving $10,000.

There are additional elements to the Inner Circle experience, including first- and second-row reserved seating, concierge support, the private gym experience, the Orlando rooftop celebration, exclusive SHX merchandise and meet-and-greets with Jon Gordon and Tim Tebow. But the significance of those 50 spots goes beyond access.

They will be the first group to experience something we expect to become a larger part of how Supra Human thinks about performance.

We have spent years helping people change what they see in the mirror. The Supra Human Score expands the conversation to what all of that work has made them capable of.

The People Who Earn the Stage

One of the most emotional parts of SHX every year has nothing to do with a keynote speaker. It’s watching members from within this community walk across the stage.

At SHX26, we will recognize the Supra Human Man of the Year, Woman of the Year, and Couple of the Year, along with a new class of Hall of Fame inductees.

The physical transformations behind those awards can be extraordinary, but the reason they matter goes far beyond aesthetics. They represent what happened when someone continued executing through real life.

There is often a family behind the transformation. Most of them have a demanding career where they travel and hold onto a significant amount of stress. They experience seasons where progress moved quickly and others where nothing seemed to move at all. There were meals prepared when it would have been easier not to, workouts completed when motivation was nowhere to be found, conversations with coaches after setbacks and hundreds of ordinary decisions that eventually produced something extraordinary.

One member who attended SHX25 had already lost 45 pounds, ten pant sizes and 12 inches from her waist when she reflected on the weekend. Even with everything she had accomplished, her attention had already turned toward the person she was still becoming.

“I’ve shed not just pounds, but layers of doubt,” she wrote. “I didn’t realize I would be getting a total transformation of mind, body, and soul. I still have a lot more work to do. I can’t wait to meet the new me that will walk across that stage at SHX 2026.”

That may be the best way to understand what the awards represent.

The stage acknowledges what someone has earned, but it also gives everyone watching a clearer picture of what might be possible for them.

What Happens When You Go Home

SHX cannot complete anyone’s transformation.

Eventually everyone gets on a plane, goes back to work, and returns to the normal routines where results are actually built. The work still comes down to meals prepared, training completed, steps taken, feedback shared, and promises kept when there is no stage and nobody applauding.

What an environment can do, however, is change the decision someone makes about what happens next.

John watched that happen in his own family after SHX25.

His father had resisted joining Supra Human despite years of encouragement. When he arrived in Nashville, a DEXA scan measured him at 29 percent body fat. He spent the weekend surrounded by the community, saw the transformations firsthand, and experienced the standard John had been trying to explain to him.

Then he went home and acted on it.

Ten months later, at 66 years old, another DEXA measured him at 10 percent body fat.

SHX didn’t make that transformation happen. His decisions over the following ten months did. But that weekend helped change what he believed was worth pursuing.

That is one of the reasons proximity matters so much. Our normal environments have a way of reinforcing our normal expectations. Sometimes seeing someone else’s discipline up close, hearing the story behind a result or spending two days around people who have decided that growth is non-negotiable can alter your sense of what is realistic.

Several SHX25 members described exactly that feeling when they returned home. One said the fire and drive to become better had been “doused with gasoline.” Another said the weekend left her with “a sense of empowerment that I didn’t know I needed.” They went home knowing the work was still theirs to do, but seeing it differently.

The Voices Joining Us in Orlando

The people invited to speak at SHX are chosen with that same idea in mind. Recognition alone is never enough. The person and their message need to reflect something that matters to this community: leadership, resilience, conviction, service and the responsibility that comes with becoming more capable.

This year, world-renowned leadership expert and bestselling author Jon Gordon will join us in Orlando. Gordon has worked with championship sports teams, Fortune 500 organizations and leaders around the world, with much of his work centered on the mindset and culture required to perform at an elite level.

That conversation is particularly relevant in a community filled with executives, entrepreneurs, physicians, parents, and leaders who have discovered that how they lead themselves inevitably affects how they lead everyone else.

Tim Tebow will also take the SHX stage. Many people first knew him as a Heisman Trophy-winning athlete, but his work since football has increasingly centered on service, philanthropy, leadership, and using influence in pursuit of something larger than personal achievement.

John’s reason for bringing him to SHX is straightforward.

“He is a dude on a mission for impact. He has a Supra Human mentality. He has overcome Supra Human challenges. This dude represents what it looks like to live Supra.”

A surprise female speaker will join them, but her identity will remain under wraps until the event. Like every person invited onto the SHX stage, she was selected because there is something in her story that belongs in this room and what she speaks on will impact the future of Supra Human.

You Do Not Have to Be Further Along

There will inevitably be members who consider coming to Orlando and decide they are not ready yet.

Maybe they’ve only been in Supra Human for a few months. Maybe their transformation is still underway. Maybe they don’t know many people in the community, or they imagine walking into a room filled exclusively with people who already have the result they want.

But Nashville showed us why SHX matters just as much, and sometimes more, when you are still becoming.

The people who left last year talking about returning stronger were not finished. The member who had already lost 45 pounds openly said she had more work to do. The couple who left Nashville together were beginning a new chapter, not closing one. The woman who said she came home fundamentally changed immediately began imagining what the next year might hold.

There is no final version of a Supra Human.

The members accepting awards this year will return home and continue training. The coaches will continue learning. The leaders in the room will discover another standard worth pursuing.

That’s the point of the entire weekend. SHX can celebrate how far you have come without pretending you are finished.

The Room Is Waiting

Nearly 4,000 people now make up the Supra Human community, but only 500 tickets are available for SHX26.

On October 2 and 3, those members will come together in Orlando for an experience that reaches further than anything we have built before. Some will experience SHX from the main room and hear from people whose lives embody the values they are pursuing. Others will start their weekend training alongside their coaches. Some will continue the conversations from the event on a rooftop overlooking downtown Orlando. Fifty will become the first members ever to compete for an official Supra Human Score™.

Everyone will arrive carrying something different, and that is part of what makes the room powerful. Someone will hear a message that changes the way they lead. Someone will meet another member whose story makes their own goal feel possible again. Someone will watch a Man, Woman, or Couple of the Year walk across the stage and decide that they want to be standing there twelve months from now.

Last year, one member came home from Nashville and wrote,

“This has been a week for the record books. The top notch speakers, meeting fellow Supra Humans, and hearing their amazing stories. All things that just confirm I’m in the right place and surrounded by the right people.”

That feeling is difficult to explain to someone who has never been in the room.

On October 2 and 3, you can experience it for yourself.

As John said, “This event is important. It will change your damn life.”
