Nearly five years ago, Supra Human was built around one simple belief.

People don’t transform because they have access to more information.

They transform because they have someone who truly knows them.

Someone who understands not only their goals, but also their habits, lifestyle, schedule, family life, the stress they’re carrying, and the challenges they’re navigating every day. Someone who knows when to push, when to challenge, when to encourage, and refuses to let them settle for less than they’re capable of.

That’s what coaching is.

It’s not simply writing workouts or nutrition plans. It’s understanding the complexity of another human being well enough to build the right strategy, systems, and accountability to help them change not only their body, but the behaviors that shape their life long after the transformation is over.

Building a world-class coaching team has been our focus since day one.

As we’ve grown, one question kept surfacing inside our company.

If coaching is our greatest advantage, why were our coaches and clients relying on technology that was never built for the way we coach?

Our methodology is proprietary. It’s the product of more than 10,000 transformations, thousands of coaching conversations, years of refinement, and countless lessons about what actually helps people create lasting change.

Like most companies, we could have continued licensing and white-labeling someone else’s technology. It would’ve been faster, cheaper, and a whole lot easier.

Instead, we chose the unknown path. Not because it was easier, but because that’s who we are as a company.

Supra Human has never been built by asking, What’s the easiest way? We’ve always asked, What’s the right way?

We aren’t building another fitness app.

We’re building the future of coaching and setting a new standard for what coaching can become.

Coaching Was Never the Problem. Technology Was.

For years, our coaches delivered extraordinary transformations while working across multiple systems.

Training lived in one place, nutrition in another, communication somewhere else, while progress tracking, check-ins, coach notes, and client history were spread across different tools.

It worked.

In fact, it worked well enough to help build a $50 million company and earn Supra Human a place on the Inc. 5000 list as the #273 fastest-growing private company in America.

But success doesn’t give us permission to stop improving.

It wasn’t the experience we ultimately wanted to create.

Every minute a coach spends searching for information is a minute they aren’t coaching. Every time a client has to jump between platforms, attention is divided.

Technology shouldn’t create more work. It should remove friction and strengthen the relationship between coaches, clients, and the community we’ve spent years building.

That philosophy became one of the biggest bets we’ve ever made as a company.

It Started with 500 Post-it Notes

Nearly two years ago, our leadership team, coaches, and product team gathered inside an Airbnb in Arizona.

Every wall was covered with Post-it notes. Ideas, workflows, questions, and dreams filled the house as we imagined everything we wished existed for our coaches and our clients.

John and I still laugh when we think about it.

We didn’t know exactly what we were building.

We only knew what we were trying to solve.

How do you take thousands of coaching conversations, thousands of client transformations, and years of lessons learned, then build technology that strengthens the human experience instead of replacing it?

That became the question.

We Underestimated Almost Everything

I’ll admit something.

When we started this project, I thought we were building software.

What we were actually building was infrastructure for how Supra Human will coach clients over the next decade.

We underestimated almost everything: the complexity, the investment, and the number of times we’d think we were finished only to realize we needed to start over.

This wasn’t about perfection.

It was about delivering excellence.

Like every founder who’s ever built something meaningful, there were moments I wondered if we were really going to pull it off.

Our conviction never changed.

If we wanted to create the best coaching experience in the world, we couldn’t build it on someone else’s vision.

We had to build our own.

Why We Couldn’t Buy This

People have asked why we didn’t simply continue using another company’s platform.

The answer is simple.

No one else has our coaching methodology.

Over the last five years, more than 10,000 transformations have shaped how we coach. They’ve taught us when to push, when to listen, when accountability matters more than motivation, what causes people to quit, what keeps them going, and how lasting behavior change actually happens.

That’s not something you can license.

Our platform is the place where everything we’ve learned can finally live together.

Built to Support the Human Experience

Technology is simply the vehicle. The destination has always been the same: helping people become the strongest version of themselves.

Every workout, every meal, every conversation with a coach, every habit, every biometric, and every breakthrough tells part of the story. Together, they create a more complete picture, allowing our coaches to coach with greater context and greater precision.

Technology doesn’t replace real coaching; it enhances it. It gives coaches more time to coach, gives clients a clearer picture of their progress, and turns thousands of individual moments into something more meaningful.

It becomes intelligence.

Just as importantly, it creates new opportunities for our community to grow stronger together. The more connected our clients are to their coach, their progress, and one another, the more powerful the experience becomes.

Technology should never get in the way of human connection.

It should strengthen it.

Why We’re Starting Small

This month, we quietly placed the platform into the hands of our first seven clients, not because we wanted a soft launch, but because we believe trust is earned. Our responsibility isn’t to launch quickly; it’s to launch well.

These first members are helping us refine every interaction, identify every point of friction, and shape the experience before it’s introduced across the broader Supra Human community.

This isn’t the finish line.

It’s the beginning.

The Next Chapter

The first time I logged into the platform, someone on our product team sent me a message asking,

“Are you happy or mad?”

I laughed.

The truth is, I felt a little bit of everything: relief, pride, gratitude, and excitement.

When you’ve imagined something for nearly two years, there isn’t just one emotion waiting for you on the other side.

Eventually, I replied,

“I’m happy.”

Not because we finished.

Because we finally began.

Nearly two years ago, this platform existed only as an idea sketched across 500 Post-it notes inside an Airbnb.

Today, it’s in the hands of real clients.

To me, that represents far more than a technology launch.

It represents a company willing to bet on its convictions.

We chose to build instead of borrow because we believed our coaches and our clients deserved something better.

I believe that decision will shape Supra Human for the next decade.

One More Thing…

If you’re reading this wondering, “When do I get access?” that’s the question we’ve been working toward for nearly two years.

We’re intentionally rolling the platform out in phases so we can learn, refine, and improve the experience before every client is migrated. Our goal is to have all 4,000+ Supra Human clients on the new platform by SHX this October.

We’re almost there, and I can’t wait for you to experience what we’ve been building.
