These appointments mark a major step in the company’s ongoing ambition to redefine the online fitness coaching industry.
Marco Cortesi is appointed Chief Revenue Officer. In his new capacity, Cortesi will oversee Supra Human’s revenue growth strategy and work to build commercial alignment across all product lines. Reporting to CEO Nineveh Madsen and founder John Madsen, Cortesi brings nearly two decades of sales expertise. Formerly CRO at 7th Level, Marco was instrumental in supporting the growth of the company to award-winning success, earning recognition as Selling Power Magazine’s CRO of the Year in 2023 and two consecutive Inc. 5000 rankings. His career, which began in direct sales, has been defined by resilience, a passion for product innovation, and a commitment to personal leadership. His expertise in direct-to-consumer sales and digital products will be invaluable in the execution of Supra Human’s expansion strategy.
Jack Manley is appointed Chief Brand Officer. Manley will lead Supra Human’s brand and creative functions. The Australian, who began his career in mergers and acquisitions advisory, and later in strategy consulting with Accenture, brings to the company a clear emphasis on establishing enduring brand desirability through impact story-telling, and exceptional client experience. His specialist expertise in premium consumer goods signals Supra Human’s clear intent to establish itself as a recognizable brand in the online fitness sector.
Dasha Davidov is appointed Chief Operating Officer. Previously Vice President of Operations, Davidov will now lead Supra Human’s operational execution across product delivery, operational infrastructure, and cross-functional alignment. With a background in cybersecurity, SaaS, and technical marketing, Davidov has built a reputation for her ability to simplify complexity and build scalable systems, melding creative instinct and operational precision. The newly appointed COO has worked closely with CEO Nineveh Madsen for nearly a decade, establishing a proven track record of exceptional growth enablement.
The appointments of Marco Cortesi and Jack Manley follow more than a year of collaboration with Supra Human as strategic advisors, with these appointments signalling a natural evolution into embedded leadership roles. The promotion of Dasha Davidov reflects her longstanding contribution to the company’s operational success.
As the company advances major initiatives, including the development of its proprietary tech platform and the expansion of its flagship annual event, SHX, these appointments are indicative of Supra Human’s commitment to excellence, innovation, and impact through talent.
