Which of the following describe your current situation best?

I've tried A LOT of different approaches. It seems like I've tried every diet there is. I'm willing to do the work, I'm just confused because everywhere I go somebody is saying to do something different. I just want to know that Im doing the right thing. Food is a problem. I can't control myself when it comes to food. It consumes me and I have to figure out how to control this addiction now. I'm embarrassed to say it, but i eat and try to hide it from my husband. I hate the way I look. I'm embarrassed when i go on vacation and get in my swim suit. I'm embarrassed when I have sex and have to take off my clothes. This is effecting my life and I'm ready to change this. I put A LOT of effort into my health and fitness. I don't look and feel bad at all. In fact, I'm in better shape than most of my friends. I just want to be ELITE in my fitness I workout a lot. That isn't the problem. I'm active, I'm not overweight, and I Know it's my nutrition that's holding me back. I don't even eat bad - but I don't know what I don't know and I'm ready to learn how to get fit and feel great about my body. I'm on a fitness rollercoaster. I Lose 20lbs and am all in for periods of time and then I take my foot off the gas and put it all back on. I'm ready to get off this fitness hell rollercoaster once and for all. I've let myself go. My career and home life has taken over my life. It's time to get back into shape and do it in a way that lasts forever. I'm ready to learn how to manage my career while getting into Elite Shape. I'm ready.

My productivity, focus, and passion aren't what they used to be I have no energy to be a great parent I just don't want to lose my edge - I love WINNING and I want to be the best - Im here to get in savage shape I won't live as long as I want I would rather look at instagram than have sex with my husband because I feel so bad about my body I'm not a role model to my kids

How committed are you to solving this problem today?

10/10 - I will literally do anything to get the results I've seen from you. I'm 100% committed to being ELITE in my body.
I'm no longer willing to accept average or "Good enough."
Lets do this NOW 5/10 - I'm a tire kicker, and I don't really care that much 7/10 - I'm frustrated with where I'm at, and I want to change. 9/10 - This body Image is affecting my energy, confidence, and how I show up in life. I want to fix this NOW

I want to drop 10-15 lbs I want a body that literally drips respect and confidence whether it's in a board room with peers, or in the bedroom with my spouse I want to add a bit of curve - My body doesn't have any shape I want to feel good about the way my body looks and feels I want to live a healthy and fit lifestyle where fitness and eating the right foods feel completely automatic.
I want it to become part of my identity I want to look like a female savage! I want the curves.
I want the toned muscles. I want to feel incredible and proud of myself. I want to stop sabotaging my efforts.
I'm tired of starting, quitting, and starting again on repeat. I want to be free from this problem

What is holding you back from achieving these goals?

Social Life - I have a lifestyle thats very social. Good food, drinks, and company are a huge part of my life and I've never been willing to let that go. I need a plan that can work with this I can't stick to a diet. I've tried, I just can't ever seem to stick to it I just don't have the knowledge. If I had the right plan I could do it I'm accountable to every other part of my life but this one. I need the accountability, support, and coaching to help me reach my goals. I'm not motivated enough. I just can't seem to get the leverage with myself to motivate me. Travel - I travel a lot for work and I eat out on the road all the time
